Does payment publish the job automatically?
No. After payment is confirmed, the job enters the paid / awaiting review stage. It is published only after manual review.

Only after the job is approved and actually published. The featured period does not start at payment.
What happens if the job is rejected?
The order is fully refunded and the job is not published.
Does the job disappear after the featured period?
Not necessarily. It leaves the featured position and may remain live as a regular listing while it is still valid.
Does UpVagas guarantee applicants or a hire?
No. The service increases visibility but does not guarantee a number of applications, interviews or a hire.
Can I use my ATS application link?
Yes. You can use a direct link to your recruiting system or an application email.
Can I edit the job after submitting it?
During review, the team may request changes. After publication, important edits should be requested through support to preserve listing integrity.
Do candidates pay to apply?
No. UpVagas never charges candidates to take part in a hiring process. Employers must keep applications legitimate and free.
