Diferenciais

  • Experience working in consulting environments and with international clients.
  • Experience defining data governance and quality frameworks.
  • Knowledge of modern data architecture patterns, including Lakehouse architectures.
  • Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices.
  • Certifications related to Databricks, Cloud Platforms, or Data Engineering.

  • CI&T is looking for an experienced Data Tech Lead to lead and support our Data Engineering teams in delivering scalable, high-quality, and business-driven data solutions.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for driving technical excellence across multiple data initiatives, establishing engineering best practices, mentoring team members, and ensuring the delivery of robust and reliable data platforms. You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to define technical strategies and guarantee high-quality outcomes.
