This position mainly focuses on the execution of design deliverables with a goal to grow your digital marketing mindset while working alongside a team of fellow designers, editors and strategists.
- Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
- Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
Work closely with a team of designers, editors, and ACDs in the execution of all design deliverables for your pod and owned accounts
Collaborate with our Creative & Marketing teams to craft creative & engaging designs/content across various marketing channels
Areas of focus include: Social Media, Paid Advertising, Email, Content Marketing, Infographics and Branding
- Maintain an organized workflow and keep to deadlines across multiple projects
- Receive and incorporate feedback from from stakeholders throughout the review process
- Apply learnings from Power metrics & other creative content that's out in the world
Keep a pulse on design trends + implementing them into client’s content strategy in a timely manner
- 3+ years of experience in design and creative
- A strong understanding of visual design, branding, and the digital landscape
- Attention to detail on all work, timelines, and communication with fellow team members
- Confidence in your ability to communicate with your team(s) and clients
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule
Work with a wide range of media and use graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.
- Ability to multitask & be flexible in day-to-day tasks within an agency culture
- Own 100% of Graphic Design work for up to 10 clients
- Meet weekly projection (15 tasks/week)

- Deliver high quality graphic designs during design phases of marketing projects
- Delivering project phase completion (design) on time, within the projected timeline
