About the opportunity
ElevenLabs is seeking an Analyst Relations Manager for ElevenAgents in North America.
We are looking for an experienced professional to build our analyst relations function from the ground up, establishing trusted relationships with Gartner, Forrester, and IDC as we expand coverage in 2027.
You will work directly with our Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to shape a compelling market narrative for our enterprise-grade voice and chat agent platform.

Key responsibilities
- Build and run the analyst relations function from the ground up to establish trusted, long-term relationships.
- Lead our transition with Gartner into our first Magic Quadrant inclusion, and build the same muscle with Forrester and IDC.
- Collaborate with Growth, Research, and Field Deployment Engineering teams to translate complex technical builds into actionable analyst narratives.
- Shape a cohesive category narrative spanning ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
- Prepare executives and technical leads for analyst inquiries, briefings, and major industry events like the Gartner IT Symposium.
- Maintain a steady engagement cadence with analysts through newsletters, check-ins, and consistent event presence.
Qualifications
- Experience running or building an analyst relations function, ideally in enterprise software, AI, or CX/contact center technology.
- Direct, hands-on experience taking a company through a Gartner Magic Quadrant or Forrester Wave submission process.
- Proven ability to shape category narratives across multiple product lines into one coherent market position.
- Strong communication skills to prep executives and technical leads for high-stakes analyst inquiries and briefings.
- Ability to operate effectively in PT or ET timezones within North America.
