About the opportunity
Capco is seeking candidates for the Associate Talent Program (ATP) – NY 2027, based in New York.
This is a flagship early-career development program designed for recent graduates and early professionals with up to 1.5 years of experience.
The program begins in June 2027 and immerses participants in a fast-paced environment at the intersection of business and technology.
The program starts with an immersive three-week training experience, including core consulting training followed by an extensive AI fluency bootcamp.
Key responsibilities
- Research market trends and create structured recommendations
- Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders
- Build client-ready presentations or prototypes using GenAI tools
- Help define change strategies and rollout plans for large transformations
- Contribute to shaping Capco’s own AI capabilities and offerings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Graduation date between Winter 2026 – Spring 2027
- Cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above
- 0–1.5 years of full-time post-grad experience
- Strong interpersonal and client-facing communication skills
- Comfort working in teams that bridge tech and business
- AI-native mindset with foundational understanding of AI concepts
- U.S. work authorization (U.S. citizens or Permanent Residents only)
