About the opportunity
ElevenLabs is seeking a Chief of Staff to partner with the Head of Talent in building and scaling our global Talent organization.
In this role, you will help shape strategy, translate priorities into action, and lead initiatives spanning GTM, G&A, Technical recruiting, Talent Operations, and Talent Programs.
You will embed directly with teams to accelerate progress and own high-visibility projects sponsored by senior leadership.
This is a remote-first opportunity with a preference for candidates in US-East or GMT timezones.
Key responsibilities
- Turn Talent strategy into execution by identifying priorities, evaluating tradeoffs, and driving alignment across teams to delivery.
- Embed within teams or initiatives requiring additional leadership, expertise, or execution capacity to diagnose roadblocks and improve outcomes.
- Lead high-visibility strategic projects from idea to outcome, including new sourcing experiments and targeted talent campaigns.
- Improve collaboration across the Talent organization by resolving cross-functional issues, enhancing decision-making, and sharing effective practices.
- Leverage hiring data and direct experience to identify opportunities and scale successful approaches, including the use of better tools and AI.
Qualifications
- Deep talent expertise and experience helping a global organization navigate hypergrowth at scale, including hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones.
- Ability to both shape strategy and deliver the work hands-on, advising executives on tradeoffs and solving underlying problems in searches, processes, or teams.
- Demonstrated success leading teams, functions, or complex talent initiatives with clear accountability for results and leadership through influence or direct ownership.
- Experience delivering high-visibility projects with senior executive stakeholders, bringing structure, pace, and sound judgment to evolving priorities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to challenge ideas constructively and communicate clearly about progress, results, and decisions.
