About the opportunity
- Responsible for coordinating SGS services locally and globally, ensuring smooth daily operations and proper documentation.
- Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday 8:00am-5:00pm.
- Position anticipated to close November 30, 2026.
Key responsibilities
- Receive orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for local and global operations, and open orders in systems.
- Ensure proper documentation and order processing, and maintain job folders and filing.
- Notify sales and account management teams of service delivery delays, and communicate client order concerns per account SOP or defined requirements.
- Escalate non-routine orders, inquiries, or service delay concerns to the Client Service Team Management Lead for resolution.
- Coordinate invoicing with the invoicing team and send reports to clients.
- Perform collection efforts to meet DSO targets.
- Handle other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Required).
- Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, with familiarity with data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers and work in a collaborative manner.
- Highly motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Associate’s degree in science background.
- Working in a laboratory environment.

Job details
- Expected salary: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and qualifications.
