About the opportunity
- Responsible for coordinating SGS services locally and globally. The schedule for this role is Wednesday to Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
Key responsibilities
- Receive orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for local and global operations.
- Ensure proper documentation and order processing, and open orders in systems.
- Notify sales and account management teams of service delivery delays, and communicate client order concerns as required by account SOP or defined client requirements.
- Escalate non-routine orders, inquiries, service delays, or issues to client service team management lead for resolution.
- Coordinate invoicing with the invoicing team, send reports to clients, and maintain job folders and filing.
- Perform collection efforts to meet DSO targets and handle other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, with familiarity with data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to establish effective working and team relationships with internal and external customers and work collaboratively.
- Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- Associate's degree in a science background.
- Experience working in a laboratory environment.

Job details
- Expected salary: $27.00 to $32.00 per hour.
