About the opportunity
- We are seeking an operations professional to coordinate SGS services locally and globally, managing orders, documentation, and client communications while meeting performance targets.
Key responsibilities
- Receive orders from clients, sales, and account management teams for local and global operations.
- Ensure proper documentation, order processing, and opening of orders in systems.
- Notify sales and account management teams of service delivery delays and communicate client concerns per account SOPs.
- Escalate non-routine orders, inquiries, or service delays to the Client Service Team Management Lead.
- Coordinate invoicing with the invoicing team, send reports to clients, and maintain job folders and filing.
- Perform collection efforts to meet DSO targets and handle other duties assigned as necessary in response to business needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in a science background preferred.
- Two or more years of administrative or operational experience, with familiarity in data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with internal and external customers and work collaboratively.
- Highly motivated, dependable, detail-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Job details
- Expected salary: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour.
