About the opportunity
- The Client Services Manager (CSM) leads a team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class service across client accounts, building strong relationships with key client contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations, setting clear performance standards, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Complete performance management processes, address gaps proactively, and foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative environment.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and become fully engrained in the client organization and structure.
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementations and support recruitment process needs.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics, including time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, recruiter productivity, and source of hire.
- Manage programs, events, and campaigns to build candidate pipelines and drive strategic hiring plans, including passive outreach and recruitment marketing.
- Participate in client meetings to share updates, data, and proactive remediation plans for service gaps.
- Manage P&L, Cielo-specific metric reports, and the effective leverage of shared delivery resources.
- Drive process standardization, continuous improvement, consistency, and the sharing of best practices across the management team.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
- Experience coaching peers or managing a team.
- Knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field preferred.
