About the opportunity
SGS is seeking a Client Services Manager to join and manage their growing West Coast EHS Client Services team in Wheat Ridge, CO. This is a hybrid opportunity where you will serve as a client advocate, laboratory liaison, and mentor to the project management team.
In this role, you will manage, maintain, and grow internal and external customer relationships while directly supervising the client services team and project managers.
You will provide coaching and guidance on workflow, compliance, services, and client relationships while partnering with business leaders to implement valuable solutions using metrics.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and grow internal and external customer relationships to increase revenue, including close tracking of key strategic accounts for SGS.
- Directly supervise the client services team and project managers.
- Serve as a main point of contact for customers regarding compliance testing and resolutions to client issues.
- Manage relationships between the client services team and local or cross-location departments.
- Address complex client issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Promote a positive, respectful, and inclusive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Laboratory, Technical, Business, Shipping, or Project Management.
- 1+ years of supervisory experience.
- Advanced oral, written, and English language communication skills.
- Strong self-initiative, resourcefulness, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
- Advanced mathematical, reasoning, and computer skills.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and/or pull upwards of 25 lbs on an occasional basis.

- $77,500 – $124,000 annually
