About the opportunity
- The Client Services Manager (CSM) leads a team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class service across client accounts, building strong relationships with key contacts to achieve talent acquisition partnership goals.
- This is a full-time employee (FTE) position eligible for bonuses and benefits, operating fully remote, 5 days per week (Monday to Friday) for candidates based in the U.S.
- Candidates may be located in PST, MST, or CST time zones, but must be available to work MST or CST business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to provide high-quality services focused on exceeding client expectations.
- Set clear performance standards and goals, assess progress, and proactively address gaps through performance management.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and regular 1-1 and team communications with in-the-moment feedback.
- Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and become fully engrained in the client organization and structure.
- Develop recruiting metrics and analytics—such as time to fill, aging, cost per hire, satisfaction surveys, and productivity—to drive decisions.
- Manage programs, events, campaigns, and strategic hiring plans including passive outreach and recruitment marketing.
- Partner with internal Cielo teams and client leaders to ensure successful implementation and manage P&L and Cielo-specific metric reports.
- Drive standardization, continuous improvement, and the effective use of shared delivery resources and recruitment technologies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in high-volume recruitment is required.
- Prior experience in a results-oriented talent acquisition or human resources role.
- Exposure and knowledge of various recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
