As a Deployment Strategist, you will work within a driven team of Forward Deployed Engineers, Go-to-Market professionals, and Product Engineers to deploy ElevenAgents against complex enterprise challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and pinpoint operational pain points.
- Own flagship deals end-to-end, from use case identification to structuring commercial terms and driving deals to close.
- Embed yourself deeply inside strategic customers as a trusted partner, owning delivery outcomes and spending time onsite.
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Software Engineers to bring high-impact use cases to life.
- Guide customers on best practices for deploying ElevenAgents, including agent design, orchestration, and production readiness.
- Scope potential applications in new industries and present proposals to audiences ranging from technical teams to C-suite executives.
- Feed field insights back into ElevenLabs research and product roadmaps to help shape future models.
- Build and deliver compelling product demos of ElevenAgents and broader AI technologies to customers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, with direct enterprise customer experience preferred.
- Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
- Commercial instinct with comfort engaging in deal conversations, structuring value propositions, and navigating enterprise sales cycles.
- Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proven track record of taking ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and delivering results.
- Technical aptitude and familiarity with common LLM, tooling, and AI agent frameworks.

Job details
- Location: Remote-first across the United States, with a preference for candidates based in New York or San Francisco to work out of our offices. Regular travel for customer onsites is expected.
