About the opportunity: Ennismore is seeking a dedicated professional to lead pricing, positioning, and distribution strategies to optimize hotel revenue and overall property performance.

This role involves close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to shape integrated commercial strategies, drive direct channels, and maintain strict forecast accuracy.

Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules based on business needs, and travel may be required.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain effective yield controls to optimize hotel revenue across all distribution channels, with a strong focus on direct channels.
  • Monitor and evaluate market demand trends, ensuring rates are accurately loaded and inventory is properly maintained across all systems, including IDeaS, OPERA, and related platforms.
  • Prepare and analyze market segmentation reports, production reports, source contribution analysis, daily pick-up reports, and pace summaries.
  • Lead weekly revenue strategy and commercial meetings while refining strategies to improve RevPAR Index (RGI) and achieve budget and forecast goals.
  • Ensure the team effectively manages distribution channels, including Brand.com, ALL.com, call center, OTAs, GDS, IDS, and CRO.
  • Partner with Front Office and Operations to maximize upsell opportunities on high-demand and sell-out dates.
  • Lead the annual budgeting and pricing process while maintaining forecast accuracy within +/- 3%.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive revenue management experience in a full-service property.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in hospitality management, business management, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Sound knowledge of revenue management, reservations, sales, marketing, global distribution systems, and hotel financial statements.
  • Proficiency in hotel PMS, CRS, RMS, BI systems, and external tools such as Demand360 and Agency360.
  • Extensive experience in forecasting, analyzing results, and conducting budgetary analysis.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal skills with effective written and presentation skills in English.
  • Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented approach with a willingness to travel.
