We are seeking a Content Creator & Strategist to own how ElevenMusic shows up in the world, creating educational content, managing social accounts, and building our community.
Key responsibilities
- Create educational content and tutorial videos around ElevenMusic, recording, editing, and formatting them natively for platforms like X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Make music with ElevenMusic constantly, testing the platform to its limits and turning experiments into engaging content for creators.
- Provide structured, high-signal product feedback to the engineering team based on deep daily use to help shape the roadmap.
- Own and manage ElevenMusic social accounts, handling content calendars, strategy, publishing, engagement, and analytics.
- Build and grow a community around ElevenMusic, sparking conversation, surfacing creator feedback, and championing standout work.
- Speak at creator events, representing ElevenMusic through talks, demos, and workshops.
- Plan and execute content around product launches and feature releases in coordination with product, engineering, and marketing.
- Stay ahead of trends in music creation, AI tools, and platform culture to find new opportunities for the brand.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience creating music and music-related content with a shareable portfolio; you are a genuine music maker, not just a marketer.
- Proven ability to produce educational content and tutorial videos end-to-end, including recording, editing, adding text and motion, and native platform formatting.
- Experience managing social media accounts for a technology, music, or creative tools company, including content calendars, copywriting, and analytics.
- Comfort presenting publicly, speaking at events, running demos or workshops, and acting as a visible face for the product.
- A genuine understanding of the AI and music creation landscape, with informed opinions about where the space is headed.
Nice to have
- Experience building or growing a creator community on Discord, forums, or similar platforms.
- Background as a working musician, producer, or music educator with an existing audience.
- Experience giving product feedback or working closely with engineering and product teams.
- Familiarity with social scheduling and management tools like Sprout Social, Later, or Buffer.
- Multilingual capabilities.
