About the opportunity

- As Chief of Staff to the Field CTO and Enterprise Deployment leads, you will manage team workflows, improve operational efficiencies, and gain a holistic overview of enterprise deployment operations.
- This is a global remote opportunity with a preference for candidates based in London, England.
Key responsibilities
- Become an expert on team member strengths and staff them on projects thoughtfully based on geography, priorities, capacity, and skills.
- Track team performance by engaging with leads and close collaborators to understand capabilities and output.
- Coordinate recruitment and hiring with the internal Talent team to focus on key roles, locations, and interview distribution.
- Own and optimize the onboarding process to ensure new hires are fully resourced and ready to ramp up rapidly from Day 1.
- Coordinate team meetings, prepare materials, and ensure meeting time is used effectively for all attendees.
- Track Enterprise Deployment OKRs, provide regular progress updates, and proactively identify issues or coverage gaps.
- Plan global team co-locations to strengthen partnerships and encourage collaboration across distributed team members.
- Act as the liaison between the deployment team and other parts of the organization to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, operations, or strategic program management role within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex workflows and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for acting as a liaison across distributed teams and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to track performance metrics, manage OKRs, and drive operational efficiency.
- Experience coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and talent management initiatives.
