Key responsibilities
- Performs inspection and sampling of containers, barges, and rail cars at different locations.
- Supervises loading and counts of agricultural products in accordance with applicable standards and procedures.
- Physically measures, weighs, samples, and takes temperatures of a variety of agricultural products.
- Calculates transferred quantities and performs full reconciliation.
- Performs initial analysis of different grains and splits samples to expedite the process for Grain Graders.
- Transports commodity samples between loading terminals and the office.
- Takes detailed notes and photographs to document inspection processes and reports field activities using National and Regional field forms.
- Maintains regular communication with administrative staff regarding job status, progress, and issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required).
- Driver License (Required).
Job details
- Salary: $22-$26 Per Hour (depending on experience).
