About the opportunity
Nearform is seeking a full-time, permanent Forward Deployed Engineer based in the United States.
In this role, you will help build, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments, focusing on scalable AI-driven solutions that operationalize LLM-powered agents across products, processes, and teams.
You will work closely with client stakeholders, technical leaders, and delivery teams to roll out agentic capabilities that integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise systems and frameworks.
This position requires traveling to client sites within the U.S., with travel expenses covered by the company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and build agentic platforms using Python and modern AI frameworks.
- Architect LLM orchestration using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and related technologies.
- Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use, workflow orchestration, memory, and decision-making.
- Design and deploy Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
- Integrate agentic platforms with client systems, including APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Configure Kubernetes, deploy workloads, and design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of commercial experience, delivering at a Senior Engineer level.
- Strong expertise in Python, modern AI frameworks, and LLM orchestration tools.
- Proven ability to design and deploy RAG pipelines and multi-agent systems supporting workflow orchestration and decision-making.
- Experience integrating platforms with APIs, data platforms, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
- Ability to configure Kubernetes and design deployment architectures across cloud, on-premise, and hybrid environments.
- Strong consulting skills to execute complex client engagements and collaborate efficiently with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience working with Golang.
- Hands-on experience in the Frontend working with React.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes.
