Sardine is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for our fraud and compliance products.
You will manage end-to-end integrations, translate technical requirements into robust solutions, and ensure a smooth, successful deployment.
This is a hands-on role working closely with both clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

- Location: Remote - US/Canada, West Coast
Key responsibilities
- Manage implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products.
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process.
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents.
- Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives and design solutions.
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables.
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems, technical requirements, and success criteria.
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground.
Qualifications
- 4+ years in technical roles such as Integrations Engineer, QA Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Architect, Systems Analyst, or Forward Deployed Engineer.
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical personas.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables.
- Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
- Experience with APIs specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools using bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
