About the opportunity
- ElevenLabs is seeking a Global Gtm Talent Lead to own hiring for the Revenue organization worldwide.
- You will serve as the CRO’s primary talent partner and lead regional Talent leaders and their teams across North America, LATAM, EMEA, UAE, and APAC, with your hiring plan underpinning revenue commitments to the board.
- This is a remote-first role that can be executed from anywhere, with a preference for candidates in US-East or GMT timezones.
Key responsibilities
- Set and deliver the global Revenue hiring strategy, translating business priorities into clear plans and partnering with RevOps on capacity and headcount planning.
- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing global recruiting organization by coaching regional Talent leaders and strengthening leadership capability.
- Own hiring outcomes and the global bar for revenue talent, partnering with Revenue leaders to define excellence and attract exceptional sellers and leaders.
- Oversee delivery from hiring plan through accepted offer and start date, meeting ambitious goals for quality and speed.
- Build trusted relationships with the CRO, senior stakeholders, and cross-functional partners while setting metrics and tracking progress to act early on risks.
- Partner with Talent Ops to improve systems, tools, processes, and the use of AI to make hiring demonstrably faster and more efficient.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading Talent through hypergrowth at a company that grew 3x or more in two years, owning delivery of hundreds to thousands of hires annually across multiple regions and time zones.
- Demonstrated track record of building and leading teams of recruiting leaders, developing strong managers, and improving performance.
- Experience acting as a trusted advisor to executives, partnering with C-Suite, RevOps, and Finance on workforce assumptions and achievable hiring commitments.
- Deep expertise in attracting and closing revenue talent, along with a clear view of how recruiting should evolve using processes, tools, data, and AI.
