About the opportunity
The Guest Services Ambassador creates exceptional first and last impressions while delivering personalized luxury service throughout the guest journey.
This highly visible role encompasses arrival services, valet operations, bell services, guest assistance, transportation support, and resort ambassador responsibilities.
In alignment with Fairmont luxury standards and Leading Quality Assurance expectations, this position is committed to delivering intuitive, engaging, and personalized service through professionalism, attention to detail, guest recognition, and genuine hospitality.
The Ambassador may perform additional duties to support successful resort operations.
Key responsibilities
- Provide exceptional arrival and departure services for resort guests.
- Manage efficient and secure valet operations.
- Deliver attentive bell services and luggage handling.
- Offer personalized guest assistance and concierge-level support.
- Assist with guest transportation needs across the property.
- Serve as a welcoming resort ambassador throughout the guest journey.
- Anticipate guest needs to create memorable luxury experiences.
- Support other operational areas as needed to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Clean driving record meeting resort insurability standards.
- Previous luxury hospitality, guest services, bell, valet, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
- Experience in luxury resort environments preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
Hourly Rate
$18.00 USD + tips
Visa Requirements
- Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
