About the opportunity
The Seasonal Retail Supervisor plays a key leadership role in managing all aspects of pop-up retail kiosks during the highly anticipated Christmas at the Princess event.
This position supervises seasonal sales associates, reports to the Senior Supervisor team and Retail Management, and requires working 5 days and 40+ hours per week with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
Key responsibilities
- Hire, train, coach, and retain a high-performing seasonal kiosk team and facilitate onboarding
- Provide daily coaching to maximize individual and team sales performance and set clear expectations
- Maintain a consistent leadership presence on the sales floor and execute opening/closing tasks
- Oversee product pulls, restocking, retail commissions, mark-out lists, and pull sheets
- Foster a fun, team-oriented atmosphere and lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service
- Serve as Manager on Duty when scheduled and enforce Loss Prevention, safety, and OSHA compliance
- Monitor business performance, implement action plans, and partner with Sales Leads and Senior Supervisors
Qualifications
- 1+ year of retail sales or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems
- Able to stand or walk for 7+ hours per shift
- Able to lift and push up to 50 lbs; reach, bend, and climb ladders as needed
- Comfortable navigating multiple on-property locations quickly
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak periods
