Key responsibilities
- Provide unique dining experiences to all of our guests through warm, personal and detailed service in a luxury, upscale and fast-paced environment.
- Ensure a positive first impression of the restaurant for our guests through detailed cleanliness, set-up and ambiance control.
- Maintain complete knowledge of all F&B services, contents and preparation methods, outlets and hotel services/features.
- Up-sell and promote food and beverage offers at every available opportunity in order to maximize sales revenue.
- Pick up, serve and ensure prompt delivery of food and beverage orders to guests, adhering strictly to service standards.
- Remember individual patrons names and preferences to extend personalized service while clearing and tidying tables quickly after departure.
- Perform opening and closing side duties, set all tables according to standards, and assist other Food and Beverage outlets during peak times.
- Apply necessary precautions regarding hotel food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP) and remain well versed in emergency procedures.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times and perform other reasonable duties assigned by hotel management.
Qualifications
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team with a detailed, service-oriented and energetic approach.
- Provide the necessary State and Federal Requirements to work in Food and Beverage, including Tuberculosis Clearance.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining U.S. work authorization.
