About the opportunity
Paris Society and Ennismore are seeking an exceptional leader for a unique pre-opening opportunity.
This role involves leading all pre-opening activities, establishing a high-performing culture, and providing strategic leadership across food & beverage, membership, wellness, recreation, events, and guest services.
As the face of the Club, you will build strong relationships with members, ownership, and stakeholders while driving membership engagement, financial performance, and operational excellence in partnership with Paris Society.
Key responsibilities
- Lead all pre-opening activities, including operational planning, recruitment, training, and launch readiness.
- Establish and inspire a high-performing culture rooted in hospitality, service excellence, and member engagement.
- Provide strategic leadership across all areas of the business, including food & beverage, membership, wellness, recreation, events, and guest services.
- Build and develop a talented leadership team capable of delivering exceptional experiences and long-term success.
- Serve as the face of the Club, cultivating strong relationships with members, ownership, community partners, and key stakeholders.
- Drive membership engagement, retention, and community-building initiatives that create a true sense of belonging.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Paris Society and ownership to ensure the Club achieves its strategic vision and commercial objectives.
- Champion innovation, creativity, and elevated service standards across every touchpoint of the member journey.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within luxury hospitality, private clubs, resorts, lifestyle destinations, or related environments.
- Previous experience as a General Manager, Managing Director, Club Manager, or comparable executive leadership role.
- Proven pre-opening leadership experience within a luxury hospitality, resort, or membership-driven business.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, including full P&L responsibility and budget ownership.
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-outlet hospitality operations.
- Experience building and developing large, high-performing teams in dynamic service environments.
- Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities.
- A passion for hospitality, community-building, and creating memorable experiences.
Nice to have
- Experience within luxury private clubs or membership-based hospitality organizations is highly desirable.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
