About the opportunity
- Power Digital is seeking a qualified professional to manage overall measurement strategies for a book of clients, focusing on statistical modeling, incrementality experiment design, and customer analysis.
- In this role, you will communicate effectively with clients, provide strategic guidance, utilize large datasets to surface performance insights, and mentor Measurement Analysts.
Key responsibilities
- Manage overall measurement strategy for a book of clients, including statistical modeling (MMM), incrementality experiment design (MMT), and customer analysis.
- Utilize large amounts of data to identify meaningful performance insights or opportunities for improvement using R, SQL, and Python.
- Work closely with account teams and clients to develop and maintain long-term strategic relationships, ensuring satisfaction and success with measurement services.
- Clearly present and explain advanced measurement methodologies and models to internal and external teams.
- Ensure insights are actionable and tied to client business goals, providing strategic advice and optimization insights.
- Mentor and develop Measurement Analysts by providing ongoing performance coaching and guidance on advanced analytics.
- Drive efficiencies within current measurement and marketing science processes while employing AI technologies and leveraging the Nova ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Measurement, including 3+ years of agency experience.
- Proficiency in R, Python, SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Looker, as well as experience with ETL tools such as Funnel.io and Fivetran.
- Strong business acumen to translate quantitative data into actionable business insights and marketing strategies.
- Comprehensive understanding of full-funnel marketing strategies, owned, earned, and paid channels, and first-party data tools.
- Demonstrated managerial experience with 2-3 years of team management experience, including leading and mentoring 2-3 direct reports.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, decision-making, and communication skills to convey complex strategies to executive-level stakeholders.

- Advanced understanding of statistical concepts, including advanced modeling, experiment design, customer analysis, and statistical limitations.
- Proven experience using Data Science to guide marketing decisions.
