About the opportunity
- The Neurovascular Product Marketing Specialist T assists with the planning and execution of ongoing marketing efforts for assigned Penumbra products and special projects for the business.
This role provides administrative support for marketing literature, clinical data review, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for the development and production of new marketing literature and sales support tools, specifically related to clinical literature.
- Participate in clinical data gathering and review activities, identifying major studies, key end points, upcoming trials, and data release dates for Penumbra and competitive products.
- Spearhead special projects such as new website and app development.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research with field representatives to understand pain points and develop materials meeting their needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including clinical affairs, regulatory, legal, IT, and data privacy to ensure alignment on material output.
- Adhere to the Company Quality Management System and domestic and global quality system regulations, standards, and procedures.
- Understand and adhere to relevant security, privacy, and compliance principles.
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years of business, administrative, or marketing experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Nice to have
- Coursework in biology, neuroscience, business, or related discipline.
- Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other standard office tools.
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Some exposure to digital marketing.
Base Pay Range Per Hour
$20.00 – $30.00 / hour. Individual compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, work location and shift.
- Location: General office environment with a requirement and willingness to work on site.
- Travel: Business travel from 10% - 15%.
