About the opportunity
Power Digital is seeking a Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance, and growth of campaigns within their book of business.
This role operates in a fully flex work environment supporting 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.
The Strategist works hand-in-hand with account leadership to ideate and evolve campaign strategies, manage reporting and optimizations, and drive client communication.
You will leverage proprietary AI technologies and data insights to enhance business processes and deliver measurable outcomes for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social and paid media native platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube, and Bing Ads.
- Execute builds and production with redundancy across channels and 100% on-time delivery while managing client budgets and accurate budget pacing.
- Lead proactive strategy recommendations, testing roadmaps, and experimentation cadences while escalating performance risks early.
- Drive internal communication with teams on performance, strategy, recommendations, and deliverables, while facilitating tactical needs with Specialists.
- Deliver weekly client progress recaps, performance insights, and data-driven storytelling to key stakeholders.
- Adapt strategy to changes in the landscape and employ AI technologies to optimize business processes.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, with 1-2 years in an agency setting.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least 2 or more paid advertising channels such as Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
- Experience with campaign development and optimization processes including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy development, and campaign strategy.
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office Suites, and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing.
- Strong written, verbal, organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, ability to learn quickly and independently, and confidence in client-facing presentations.
