- We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Professional Services Operations team. You will lead critical operational programs that help Global Services & Support scale effectively while improving deployment readiness, operational visibility, and cross-functional execution.
- This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and program management, partnering closely with teams across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Key responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional programs and initiatives that improve deployment readiness, operational performance, and organizational scalability.
- Design, build, and maintain reporting frameworks, dashboards, analyses, and presentations that provide visibility into deployment health, backlog trends, and resource utilization.
- Review pipeline opportunities and implementation requests to ensure projects are properly qualified, scoped, and prepared for successful delivery.
- Map business processes, document requirements, and champion automation, standardization, and system enhancements to improve operational efficiency.
- Build trusted partnerships with stakeholders across Professional Services, Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to drive alignment and outcomes.
- Own and continuously improve key operating mechanisms supporting project intake, deployment readiness, portfolio visibility, and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in program management, project management, operations, professional services, business operations and analytics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Power BI, Sigma, Google Workspace, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving projects from planning through execution.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive-ready reporting and presentations.
- Consultative approach, comfortable with ambiguity, and possessing a strong bias for action and continuous improvement.

- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve productivity, analysis, documentation, and execution.
- Familiarity with firearms environment legal eligibility requirements where applicable.

- Reports to: Senior Manager, Professional Services Operations.
