Key responsibilities
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Assist in booking golf arrangements, dining reservations and other activities during or prior to the guest's arrival
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way
- Assist with administrative duties
- Follow department policies, procedures, service standards and all safety policies
- Multi-task and work effectively in a high-traffic area
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of the Greater Phoenix/Scottsdale area, including local attractions, golf courses and restaurants
- Previous customer-related experience
- Consistently uphold a professional presence, appearance and adherence to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines
- Outstanding guest service skills with exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Windows applications
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational abilities, with the capacity to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly responsible, reliable team player capable of focusing on guest needs while remaining calm and courteous
Nice to have
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
- Knowledge of POS systems and hotel software, such as Opera Cloud
