We are expanding from our pioneering voice models into platforms like ElevenAgents, ElevenCreative, and ElevenAPI.
We are looking for a Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to join our remote-first, global team and scale our go-to-market operations.
This role sits at the intersection of technical problem-solving and operational excellence, building and maintaining tools, automations, and dashboards that empower our sales, data, and product teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic automations and standardized processes supporting cross-functional teams to promote consistency and adoption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives enhancing revenue generation and operational effectiveness.
- Serve as a trusted partner to leadership by providing strategic insights, actionable recommendations, and performance reporting.
- Develop and test new ideas, workflows, and sources that improve critical levers within each functional area.
- Oversee analytics and performance analyses, building dashboards and insights using BI tools to guide lever improvement and experimentation.
- Lead the design and management of dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators to measure and enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of Revenue Operations experience at high-growth technology companies.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing end-to-end solutions, from data collection and analysis to execution.
- Strong ability to break complex problems into smaller, actionable solution steps using a first principles mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in SQL and data visualization using BI tools such as Sigma.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, adaptability, and cross-functional teamwork skills.
- High motivation, strong work ethic, autonomy from day one, and a passion for audio AI and making content universally accessible.

- Experience working within global, remote-first technology company environments.
- Prior background partnering directly with SDR, AE, Partnerships, or Account Management teams.
