About the opportunity
MSQ DX is seeking an Enterprise/Senior Project Manager to join our growing team and deliver revolutionary results that drive client success.
In this role, you will juggle multiple projects seamlessly, connecting with team members and client project leaders with a strategic, consultative, and adaptable approach.
While this is a remote position, some in-office days are expected to foster collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Understand MSQ DX’s technology, customer applications, internal processes, procedures, and performance standards.
- Lead multiple projects in a matrixed environment using SDLC and Agile methodologies, ensuring mission clarity and strategic execution.
- Guide projects to completion, ensuring deliverables meet scope, quality, budget, schedule, and organizational standards.
- Maintain complete project documentation throughout the project lifecycle and adhere to established project management processes.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure project tasks are completed on schedule.
- Lead and support project teams while fostering continuous improvement in delivery processes.
- Engage in business development activities including RFPs, SOWs, and estimation planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in a Senior Project Manager role, ideally at a digital agency, creative agency, or studio.
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects, budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams in complex environments.
- Strong presentation, escalation, and solution-providing skills for senior leadership.
- Proficiency in change management, enterprise communication, training, and Microsoft Office tools or project/program management applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies with hands-on experience managing Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and full website builds.
- Deep knowledge of digital deliverables, UX/UI design, front-end development, SEO, localization, and testing/optimization.
Nice to have
- Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience, including PI planning and Scrum facilitation.
- Experience using professional services platforms such as Kantata for resource and financial planning.
- Proven ability to lead RFP development, scope definition, and estimation exercises.
- Certifications like PMP, CSM, or SAFe Agilist.
- Technical background.

Job details
- Location: Remote (with some in-office days expected for collaboration).
- Pay Range (Atlanta, GA): $125,000 — $155,000 USD.
