- Manage contract manufacturer relationships across Taiwan, Belgium, and Poland, including PCB/PCBA supply chain execution and factory readiness.
- Lead design reviews, DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, and BOM lifecycle management from prototype through production.
- Coordinate hardware certification activities (FCC, CE, radio type approval) and ensure export control compliance (ITAR/EAR).

- Direct experience managing contract manufacturers in Asia (Taiwan, China, Korea, or Japan) with on-site build oversight.
- Expertise in Integrated Master Schedule ownership, formal risk management practice (FMEA), and phase gate process ownership.
- Strong technical foundation in PCB/PCBA manufacturing, supply chain management, and the ability to engage credibly with EE, ME, and FW engineers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive briefings and vendor negotiations.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
- Must be able to qualify for an export control license (ITAR).
