Executive Recruiter, Medical Device Sales
Cielo · Remote, United States · [Occasional travel to the client and to team meetings]
Cielo is launching a new kind of talent service for a global medical technology company.
It is a dedicated, search-led program that brings executive search rigour to the hiring of the client’s North American sales organisation.
What you will do
- Run searches end to end: intake with the hiring manager, the search, assessment, offer and close
- Find passive talent: map sales teams at competitor medical device companies and approach candidates who aren’t looking
- Advise sales leaders: tell them what the market will bear on territory, compensation and candidate quality
- Present tight shortlists: assessed against what drives performance in the field
- Build a network: keep a strong network in your specialist call points
- Work with the team: partner with the researchers and recruiting colleagues across North America
What you bring
- A track record recruiting medical device field sales talent, in agency, in-house or RPO
- Deep knowledge of sales roles in interventional, surgical, vascular access, infusion or comparable call points
- A record of filling hard roles with passive candidates
- The confidence to challenge hiring managers and hold a high bar
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search skills
- Comfort working at pace across several searches at once
