Our platform is backed by a rapid-growth fraud consortium spanning billions of devices and trusted by leading companies worldwide.

We are seeking an Integration Manager to join our remote team in the United States or Canada.

In this hands-on role on the Integration Team, you will manage end-to-end integrations with U.S. federal government agencies and their system integrators.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products within federal agency environments, including navigating IT approval processes and ATO requirements.
  • Work closely with federal clients and SI partners to provide end-to-end onboarding support across multi-stakeholder government deployment cycles.
  • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and support documents, including versions scoped for FedRAMP-authorized or FedRAMP-in-process environments.
  • Analyze client requirements from technical, functional, and compliance perspectives, designing solutions tailored to federal security constraints such as NIST 800-53, FISMA, and IL4/IL5.
  • Manage implementation projects by monitoring quality, maintaining timelines across long federal cycles, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables to completion.
  • Act as the primary integration interface with system integrators and delivery partners acting between Sardine and end agencies.
  • Support Sardine's FedRAMP authorization efforts by contributing to SSP documentation, control evidence, and integration-layer security requirements.
  • Provide product and compliance feedback to internal stakeholders based on insights from the federal market.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst.
  • 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience in a relevant domain such as payments, fraud, risk, identity, or compliance.
  • Experience delivering integrations within federal government environments, including working through or alongside a system integrator.
  • Familiarity with FedRAMP authorization processes, NIST 800-53, FISMA, and federal security review processes (ATO/IATO).
  • Understanding of federal contract vehicles and procurement mechanisms like GSA MAS, SEWP, OTAs, and BPAs.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills capable of managing multiple projects across complex delivery cycles.
  • Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis, plus experience with API specs, web development, and scripting tools like bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, reside in the U.S., and possess the ability and willingness to obtain a government clearance.

Nice to have

  • Previous government clearance at Secret level and above.
  • Prior employment at or long-term embedded work within a federal system integrator.
  • Experience supporting a vendor through FedRAMP authorization from the integration or technical side.
  • Familiarity with federal identity and fraud use cases like benefits integrity, improper payments, and identity proofing.

Benefits

  • Generous compensation in cash and equity with early exercise for all options.
  • Flexible paid time off and Year-end break.
  • Health insurance, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents (US and Canada).
  • 4% matching in 401k / RRSP (US and Canada).
  • MacBook Pro delivered to your door and a one-time home office setup stipend.
  • Monthly meal and social meet-up stipends.
  • Annual health and wellness stipend, plus an annual Learning stipend.
