About the opportunity
Sardine is seeking a hands-on professional to join the Integrations Team, managing end-to-end integrations, translating technical requirements into solutions, and ensuring a smooth, successful deployment.
You will work closely with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment, solving complex problems with practical, scalable solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead implementation and integration efforts for fraud and compliance products
- Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during their onboarding process
- Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and overall support documents
- Analyze clients' requirements from technical and functional perspectives to design optimal solutions
- Manage implementation projects, including monitoring project quality, managing timelines, mitigating risk, and driving deliverables
- Build a deep understanding of customers' business problems and technical requirements to utilize Sardine's technology effectively
- Provide product feedback to internal stakeholders as the eyes and ears on the ground
Qualifications
- 7+ years of hands-on experience as an implementation manager, integrations engineer, technical account manager, solution architect, or systems analyst working with internal and external technical teams
- 3+ years of B2B SaaS experience working in payment, fraud, risk, or compliance domains
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical personas
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion
- Advanced experience with SQL querying and JSON payload analysis
- Experience with API specs like OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools such as bash scripting, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman
