As an Experience Coordinator, your engaging smile and personality are the essence of great guest service.
You will personally greet guests and assist them throughout their spa journey, delivering on the mission of turning moments into memories.
Hourly Rate
- Schedule: Varying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate business and hotel demands.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain an atmosphere of aloha spirit by providing engaging, personalized, timely, and efficient service to guests and answering inquiries.
- Escort guests to appointments, provide spa tours, and assist with lounge facilities such as experience showers and heated benches.
- Provide information and literature in person, via phone, and email, and collect payments for services and products.
- Schedule treatments using spa software and computer applications, and perform clerical duties including filing and creating sales kits.
- Ensure smooth reception operations, report equipment deficiencies, and assist in all spa areas as required.
- Maintain the facility in peak sanitary condition by cleaning lockers, locker rooms, and lounges, and ensuring areas are tidy and well-stocked.
- Maintain linen inventory and transport linen to and from laundry on a scheduled basis, while organizing time to complete all side work.
- Maintain full knowledge of all current menu items, products, and methods to provide helpful product and menu information to guests.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent or vocational training.
- Valid TB Clearance.
- Authorization to work in the United States as defined in the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA). Note: This position does not offer sponsorship of work visas.
Nice to have
- Graduate from an accredited school of aesthetics.
- Experience in the hospitality or spa industry.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
