Key responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and align sourcing efforts with organizational goals.
- Reviewing and posting job adverts on specialized job boards and processing applications in a timely manner.
- Utilizing various sourcing methods such as online platforms, social media, and networking to identify and connect with potential candidates.
- Implementing traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, including mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing to cultivate talent communities.
- Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach and communication channels to establish rapport and interest.
- Conducting and presenting market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability.
- Pre-screening candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit before presenting them to the hiring team.
- Sharing market and candidate insights with hiring groups and consulting on sourcing and hiring strategies.
Qualifications
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field preferred.
- Successful completion of Sourcing Foundation training.
- Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting required.
- Deep understanding of and solid sourcing experience in a specific industry required; previous sourcing experience in the semiconductor industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in specialized sourcing techniques such as X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong research and market analysis skills.
