About the opportunity
Clutch is building a portfolio of AI agents for credit unions, spanning collections, origination, fraud, engagement, and activation.
This role owns one of those agents end to end, including customer discovery, early implementations, and the ongoing roadmap.
You will spend a significant share of your time in front of customers, often on site, shaping products that do not fully exist yet and supporting them through initial production rollouts.
The team operates as a seed-stage startup within Clutch, working alongside dedicated AI engineers, commercial counterparts, and AI Ops Managers.
Key responsibilities
- Take ownership of one AI agent and its roadmap within your first month, building strong working relationships with engineering and commercial partners.
- Conduct customer discovery sessions on site and translate findings into a sequenced roadmap designed to ship an agent every 4-6 weeks in production.
- Ship the first version of essential integrations for core systems, loan origination systems, and CRMs with a focus on reusability.
- Drive at least one net-new product go-live and collaborate with other AI PMs to determine optimal credit union launch sequences.
- Scale agent deployment by handing off mature rollouts to AI Ops with proper documentation and repeatable integration patterns.
- Engage partner executives alongside commercial counterparts to secure strategic decisions and expand agent accountability.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in B2B SaaS and/or Fintech, with founding backgrounds strongly welcome.
- Strong product sense, judgment, taste, and customer intuition.
- Proven B2B product experience managing enterprise customers, negotiating scope, and driving implementations to completion.
- Demonstrated AI-forward mindset with hands-on experience building and demonstrating AI projects.
- Exceptional customer presence capable of leading rooms with credit union leadership teams independently.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% on average, with stretches up to 50% during critical windows.
- Relentless forward motion, persuasiveness, and comfort pushing initiatives without authority alongside top-notch written and verbal communication skills.
