About the opportunity
- The Consultant delivers quality consulting, project management, and support services to achieve high customer satisfaction, acting as an individual contributor or team member.
- You will provide strategic consulting expertise for TA and HR project work and SI partners, utilizing appropriate delivery methodologies and industry best practices.
- This role requires high-quality execution, change management strategy development, and proactive relationship building across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide strategic consulting expertise for strategic TA and HR project work and across SI partners.
- Deliver high-quality execution and completion rates on all client engagements, following appropriate delivery methodologies.
- Develop and implement effective change management strategies, including communications, testing, and training programs.
- Provide functional process and design support to evaluate current and future states of people, processes, and technology.
- Gather feedback to assess business requirements, pain points, and gaps while facilitating best practice recommendations.
- Foster a positive team environment, contribute to broader business goals, and participate in relevant company initiatives.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting client-facing talent acquisition implementations with progressive responsibility.
- Minimum of 2 years of project management experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience implementing, optimizing, and supporting end-to-end TA and HR functions and systems.
- Client-facing experience supporting the full life cycle of project and program execution using established implementation methodologies.
- Experience with SmartRecruiters is required.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and related software.
Nice to have
- Experience with Paradox, Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
