About the opportunity
Samba is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across Corporate roles (G&A, Marketing, etc.) and Technology roles (Engineering/Product).
You will partner directly with hiring managers to define roles, build scorecards, set interview loops, and drive sourcing to build robust, diverse pipelines.
This position is based in-office, joining a team that builds the core technology and talent infrastructure for a leading global media intelligence company.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting responsibilities across Corporate and Technology roles including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers before reqs open to define roles, build scorecards, and set interview loops.
- Proactively source candidates to build custom pipelines rather than relying solely on inbound applications.
- Deliver a diverse, qualified candidate slate for every search.
- Own the entire candidate experience from start to finish, including preparation, communication, timelines, and feedback.
- Represent the employer brand by attending industry events and building proactive talent relationships.
- Maintain a clean and accurate ATS with proper stages, notes, and dispositions.
- Leverage AI tools for sourcing, resume screening against rubrics, outreach drafts, market research, interview kits, and reporting.
- Own and analyze funnel metrics such as time to hire, source effectiveness, pass-through rates, and offer-accept ratios.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
- Process-oriented mindset with strong documentation and follow-up habits.
- Familiarity and fluency with applicant tracking systems (such as Lever and Gem) and integrating AI into recruiting workflows.
- Active interest in the talent market, industry events, and networking.
- Direct communication skills to advise hiring managers with data-backed plans when pipelines need adjustment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple open reqs and shifting priorities under load.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced environment without rigid playbooks.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Lever and Gem or comparable ATS and sourcing stacks.
- Recruiting experience within ad tech, media, streaming, or data industries.
- Demonstrated history of building or improving recruiting processes.
- Experience with employer branding, campus recruiting, or industry events.
