We are currently hiring for a Talent Operations role to run the machinery behind our hiring systems, workflows, and data in Ashby.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary Ashby go-to contact for recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers, writing clear how-to documentation.
- Build and customize interview plans, stages, feedback forms, and scorecards to maintain consistent structure and comparable data.
- Manage jobs and postings end to end, taking approved headcount to live, accurate postings across locations through close and archive.
- Own ATS data quality and hygiene, including stage mapping, source attribution, rejection reasons, team structure, and stale applications.
- Support Talent Operations on process changes, tooling rollouts, and scalability projects, alongside interview scheduling support during busy periods.
- Audit and standardize interview plans across ElevenLabs within your first 6 months to ensure reliable pipeline data.
- Cut job setup time by templating common role types and automate manual workflows using AI or integration tooling.
- Improve interviewer capacity and assist with automating scheduling while owning 1-2 Talent Operations projects end to end.
Qualifications
- Ashby Power User with prior hands-on, day-to-day experience setting up jobs, postings, feedback forms, and interview plans.
- Experience in recruiting operations or coordination within a fast-moving, high-velocity team.
- Strong data hygiene instincts with a focus on fixing root causes rather than just symptoms.
- AI native comfort utilizing AI tools to eliminate manual work and move faster.
- Clear written communication skills capable of explaining system changes concisely to hiring managers.
- Ability to work in United States timezone hours.
Nice to have
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with confidence in building Ashby reports and working with exported spreadsheet data.
- Experience with interview scheduling at scale, including complex multi-timezone panels.
- Strong project management skills, remaining organized and running projects end to end with multiple stakeholders.
