About the opportunity
Power Digital is seeking a TikTok Advertising Strategist to deliver our SMB TikTok offering, consisting of defined onboarding deliverables and recurring working sessions for small and mid-sized brands.
This role focuses on getting clients live and spending on TikTok quickly while driving ongoing growth within a structured framework.
You will own account setup, initial builds, and client working sessions, providing clear and practical direction within limited timeframes. We support 100% remote, in-office, or hybrid work styles for anyone legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Full ownership of strategy and execution of the SMB offer via TikTok Advertising
- Account setup, QA, and initial campaign builds including structure, ad copy, and creative testing
- Lead recurring working sessions covering builds, reporting, and optimizations
- Maintain accurate client status and spend in shared trackers while escalating stalled launches early
- Manage performance reporting and leverage data to tell a clear story with actionable next steps
- Utilize AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes and workflows
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience with TikTok Advertising, including account setup, structure, ad copy development, and bid optimization
- Hands-on experience with TikTok pixel and Events Manager setup and QA
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google or Microsoft Office suites
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to lead live working sessions
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management abilities
Nice to have
- Experience with marketing automation and enterprise intelligence tools
- Background in scaling small and mid-sized business brands
