We are looking for an Adoption Lead to drive user adoption, engagement, and change management for a portfolio of enterprise digital products used by a global client across multiple regions, segments, and personas. You will own the adoption and change strategy end to end: define what success looks like, measure it, and work with Product, Design, and Engineering to turn insights into prioritized actions that make the products something users want to use. You'll work in a SAFe/Agile environment alongside the GPM, Product Owners, Digital Strategist, Lead Designer, RTE, and business stakeholders.
Define and execute the adoption and change management strategy for the product portfolio. - Build the product desirability strategy (basic needs, performance needs, and delighters) together with the GPM, PO, Digital Strategist, and Lead Designer. - Define and run the AARRR (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue) framework with the GPM and Digital Strategist. - Set up KPI tracking for usage, adherence, adoption, and simplification with the Engineering team, then monitor these indicators with analytics tools such as Piano, Power BI, and Microsoft Clarity. - Produce regular adoption reports and present insights and recommendations to product and business stakeholders. - Map and prioritize features by persona, region, segment, and offering, and coordinate with PMs, Designers, and Tech Leads to prioritize actions and features based on the desirability strategy. - Work with the Lead Designer and GPM/PO to identify and reduce friction across user journeys. - Plan and execute communication and training for product rollouts, including a communication calendar, reusable templates, and targeted adoption campaigns. - Engage directly with end users to collect feedback, understand their needs, and build advocacy for the products.
